This Essential programme is suited to you where you do not need additional, weekly support and includes:
* 1 x 90 minute initial consultation for an in-depth analysis of your health questionnaire and wellness assessment.
* 5 x 30 minute follow up consultations taking place every 3 weeks.
* Extensive case analysis with scientific based research.
* Personalised nutrition & lifestyle plans updated at each consultation.
* Access to extensive resources from handouts, recipes and meal plans.
* Supplement plan if required, with a 10% discount from the Natural Dispensary.
* Recommendations for functional testing. These have an additional fee payable to the testing company but there is no additional charge for me to interpret your results.

Ultimate
This is the ultimate and ideal programme for you if you need additional support to keep on track with recommendations, for any questions or assurance you need in between appointments.
This programme gives you weekly 1-2-1 support and includes:
* 1 x 90 minute initial consultation for an in-depth analysis of your health questionnaire and wellness assessment.
* 5 x 30 minute follow up consultations taking place every 3 weeks.
* Extensive case analysis with scientific based research.
* Personalised nutrition & lifestyle plans updated at each consultation.
* Access to extensive resources from handouts, recipes and meal plans.
* Supplement plan if required, with a 10% discount from the Natural Dispensary.

As well as the above, you also receive:
* Weekly check in telephone calls (typically 20 minutes).
