I guarantee my wholehearted commitment to you!

Hi, my name's Vicki and you may be asking why did I become a Nutritional Therapist?

Health and wellness has always been a passion of mine but following 5 tumultuous years trying to conceive, I discovered Nutritional Therapy and experienced first hand how powerful the food we eat impacts our body, in ways I could never have imagined. Having thought the foods I was choosing were healthy and beneficial and that all supplements were created equal, I soon realised this isn't the case.

On our 6th IVF attempt (yes we had a few tries!), our first since seeing a nutritional therapist, we had our beautiful daughter. I knew then what I wanted to do and that was to help others too.
About Me
I had a complete career change from a London City PA and studied at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), completing their 3 year Nutritional Therapy Diploma. ION's diploma is a scientific qualification which encompasses biochemistry and the understanding of the chemical processes that occur within each of us after consuming just one mouthful of food - it's fascinating and still astounds me today just how amazing our bodies are! I have also completed a 12 month training and mentorship programme in fertility nutrition with the Fertility Nutrition Centre.

Scientific research is constantly evolving, and with that so is health advice. It can be hard to keep up and often we find ourselves consuming food we believe is healthy when in fact it's anything but. As a Registered Nutritional Therapist I am committed to staying on top of this latest research with industry events and training courses to ensure I provide all my clients, no matter their health concern, with the very best advice and recommendations to guide them back to health.

I've supported an array of clients with various and complex health concerns and would like to help you too.

I'm registered with the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT). Regulated and governed by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), an accredited nutrition register regulated by the Professional Standards Authority of the United Kingdom, you can trust you're in good hands.
