FAQs

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy uses scientific evidence-based research to provide a powerful, targeted approach to promote optimal health. Identifying nutritional imbalances that are contributing to ill-health to address the root cause of illness rather than just the symptoms.

How can I start working with you?

Book in for your free Discovery Call. A dedicated 20 minutes to outline your health concern and I can explain how I work and we can get you booked in. I offer face-to-face consultations in my Higham clinic room as well as online sessions - flexibility to suit everyone.

What should I prepare for my initial consultation?

Upon confirmation of your booking I will send you through my Nutritional Therapy Questionnaire and 3 day food and lifestyle diary for you to complete and return 72 hours prior to your initial consultation, using your personalised online portal so you can be assured your data is secure and GDPR protected.

Why can I not book a one-off consultation with you?

Nutritional Therapy is a process and follow up consultations are required to assess your progress, your response to dietary changes and/or supplements and implement further changes. You may choose to have continual support or book just one follow up, the choice is yours. But one-off initial consultations won't allow for the change you are looking for.

Are there any additional costs?

It may be necessary to recommend functional testing and/or supplements to help support you. But please be assured this will be discussed fully with you and you are in complete control whether you decide to order the tests/supplements recommended.

Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any further questions at vicki.harmer@longreachnutition.com,

I look forward to hearing from you.
