Price - £370
Why is the Vaginal Microbiome so important for fertility?
Studies have shown that a disruption in this beneficial bacteria may impact your chances of conception. 50% of women are asymptomatic to bacterial and yeast infections, but their presence may be affecting your uterus and/or fallopian tubes, thereby causing problems getting pregnant.
A simple at-home vaginal swab test can give you a complete picture of your vaginal microbiome—because knowledge is power. If imbalances or harmful bacteria are detected, there are safe and effective ways to restore balance by increasing beneficial lactobacillus and optimising your vaginal pH. Supporting a healthy vaginal microbiome can improve your chances of conception and contribute to a healthy pregnancy.
Seminal Microbiome Testing
-
INFO AND PRICING:
1 x Seminal Microbiome Test and
1 x 45 minute test interpretation consultation (online or in person)
Price - £370
Why is the Seminal Microbiome so important for fertility?
Studies have shown that an imbalance in the seminal microbiome—such as the presence of pathogenic bacteria or a lack of protective microbes—may negatively affect sperm function and reduce the likelihood of successful conception. Many men show no symptoms of these imbalances, yet they could be contributing to unexplained infertility.
A simple at-home semen test can give you a detailed insight into your seminal microbiome. If harmful or imbalanced bacteria are identified, there are effective ways to improve microbiome balance and support sperm health. Optimising the seminal microbiome may enhance fertility outcomes and increase the chances of a successful pregnancy.
Vitamin D Testing

10% off any required supplements
Price - £89
Why is vitamin D so important for fertility?
It supports the regulation of sex hormones oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone which are essential for reproductive health.
In women, adequate vitamin D levels promote healthy ovulation and help maintain the uterine lining for successful implantation.
In men, vitamin D is linked to higher testosterone levels and improved sperm quality, including better motility and morphology.
Additionally, vitamin D plays a role in reducing inflammation and supporting immune function, both of which are important for creating a balanced, fertile environment in the body.
Why do you need test interpretation? If your vitamin D levels are below optimal, we want to increase them BUT also maintain them. This is where I come in and work with you on initial dose and then maintenance dose to keep you in that optimal range.
